Caramel Corn

Ingredients
7-8 cups air-popped popcorn3/4 cup brown sugar3 Tbs light corn syrup6 Tbs butter or margarine1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Bring sugar, corn syrup and butter to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring occassionally. Once boiling, leave untouched for 5 minutes. Take off burner and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir quickly.

Immediately pour over popcorn in a large, greased baking or roasting pan.

Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove, gently toss, and put back in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Remove and spread onto waxed paper or foil. Let cool, and enjoy!
