Beef round steak 500gramsOnion 1 largePotato 2 mediumCarrot 3 mediumolive oil 1 Tbs Flour 1/2 cupMushroom soup 3 cups Salt to tasteblack pepper 1/2 tspcayenne pepper 1/2Stock cube low salt 1
Cut Beef into bite size cubes, coat in seasoned flour and fry in olive oil to seal.
Transfer to pot and cover with soup
Add onion potato carrot or any vegetable of your choice
Simmer until meat is desired tenderness adding boiling water when needed.
Add stock cube and season to taste.
