Tuna Avocado Melt

.25 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 2 serving avacado - 6 thin slices 1 serving Cheddar Cheese - Sargento Reduced Fat Medium (1 slice) 1 serving Cheese Sargento Pepper Jack Slices 2 serving Ancient Grains, glueten-free bread (by DEMINKSPOT2) .5 serving Tuna - StarKist Albacore White Tuna, in water (1 serving = 1 pouch/2.6oz,74g)
Chop up tomatoes and avocado by hand or electric chopper.
In skillet put 2 slices of bread over medium high heat.
Spoon mixture evenly between both slices of bread.
Take cheeses cut in half. 1/2 each kind place on top of mixture.
Once bottom of bread is slightly toasted
Turn off stove top.
Place skillet top on to melt cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 2 half open faced slices
