Homemade Teriyaki Beef Jerky

1 1/2 lbs. 93% Lean Ground Beef 4 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade 3 tsp Liquid Smoke
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for up to 24 hours ahead of time.
2. Dispense via a jerky gun into a food dehydrator at 160 F, and cook until the meat bends but does not break apart. Store in the refrigerator or an airtight container until ready to eat.
Note: Lasts approx. 2-3 weeks unless adding preservatives (IE: Prague Powder #1).
