Protein cauli-zucchini pancakes

Ingredients
.3 oz India House Thick Sev (Fried Chickpea Flour) 28 grams (by BIGGIRL2082010) 2 large Egg white, fresh 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 70 grams Cauliflower, raw 100 grams Zucchini 1 serving Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge) 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Directions
Shred veggies and salt them. Allow to drain. Whip egg whites, add dry ingredients, mix with wet, allow to sit for 20 min. Heat a very good non-stick pan, form into 5 patties and bake for 5 min from each side.
