Spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breats

Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 1 cup Spinach, cooked 60 gram(s) Balderson double smoked cheese (by BRENDAMER) (grated)4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 0.125 cup cream, table = 18% mf, Sealtest, 1 tbsp = 1/16 cup (by ROBGTHOMAS) 1 clove Garlic 6 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
Directions
Filet chicken breasts. In non-stick pan heat butter over medium heat and cook chicken breasts until cooked, about 10 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Sautee spinach in pan with juices from cooked chicken. Add finely chopped garlic. Remove from pan when cooked, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 350°. Split open breasts and stuff with spinach and grated cheese and place in 9x9 baking dish. Add parsley and pepper to taste, or any spices that you enjoy. Be creative. Place cherry tomatoes around chicken breasts, cover dish with lid or foil and bake for 20-25 min. In the frying pan add a little more butter if it's all used and sautee mushrooms until tender. Add cream and reduce and allow to thicken slightly. Remove from heat. Take chicken from oven, pour mushroom cream sauce on chicken, add some more grated cheese if you'd like, and return to oven and continue cooking with a lid or foil on for 10 minutes. Clean the frying pan and place freshly washed green beans, julienned pepper and tiny florets of cauliflower in frying pan. Add more butter if pan is dry. Wait. Remove chicken from oven, uncover, return to oven and cook another 10 minutes or until cream has thickened completely and everything is slightly browned. Remove from oven and cover. Turn heat to medium high under green beans and flash fry for about 5 minutes or until been turn bright green. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
