Baked Italian Sausage with Italian Vegetables

1 cup Stewed Tomatoes 5 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 1 small Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 5 serving Provolone cheese, sliced, Great Value Brand 1 tsp Salt
Brown sausage in pan and cook almost through. Add onion, cut in half and sliced, and a little bit of additional water if necessary. When sausage is just about cooked through and onions are softened, add garlic (minced) , stewed tomatoes, and sliced zucchini. At this point, you may also add any desired dried herbs (oregano is nice here, as is basil). Add tsp of salt, stir. Allow to simmer until zucchini is nearly cooked through. Remove from heat. Top with provolone cheese slices and toss in a 375 oven until brown and bubbly.
