0.5 cup Coconut Oil6.0 tbsp Cocoa Butter Oil30.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened10.0 tbsp coconut manna
Melt coconut oil and cocoa butter. Add zero-carb sweetener to taste. Pour half into greased glass rectangle container. Freeze until solid.
Melt coconut manna in microwave until soft. Add peppermint extract until quite minty. Freeze until solid.
Pour remaining chocolate over the top and refrigerate until solid. Cut into squares.
