Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Canola Oil341.0 Grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned3.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw796.0 Grams Canned Tomatoes540.0 gram lentils cannedTaco seasoning to taste
Directions
Saute onion in oil . Add taco seasoning about 3tbsp of my mix which has no salt. Add rest of cans and simmer for 20 minutes. Serving Size: 100g
