Colorful Bean Salad

1 can black bean, drained1 can red kidney beans, drained1 can mexicorn2 medium scallions chopped3 Tbs Canola Oil3 Tbs Cider Vinegar1 Tbs garlic powder1/2 tsp gound cumindash pepper and salt
Drain and rinse the beans, combine in bowl with mexicorn (do not drain). Wash and chop scallions and add to beans. Combine oil and vinegar with the spices. Pour over bean mixture. Chill before serving.
