4 Seed Flapjacks

Ingredients
1.84 cup Oats, Quaker 50 grams Butter, salted 25 grams Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 25 grams Almonds 1 tbsp Honey 50 grams Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 50 grams Granulated Sugar
Directions
Melt sugar, honey, syrup, butter and coconut oil over a low heat. Pour over oats, seed and nuts. Mix well. Pour mixture into silicone mould (approx 10x10 inch). Bake for 20-25 minutes and golden on top. Cut when warm, leave to cool in the tin. Store in an airtight container.
