Chili Bean Burgers

Ingredients
q cup Fiber One bran cereal1 can spicy chili beans in sauce undrained1/2 cup quick-cooking oats1/4 cup chkopped green onions1 beaten egg white2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Crush cereal and mix with oats, set aside.

In a food processor, pulse beans in broth until smooth. Add onions, egg and cereal mixture. Combine until smooth.

While pan is heating shape 4 patties. Cook in olive oil about 3-5 minutes per side.
