Kim's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.25 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt .66 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Milk, 3.25% 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .25 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
Cream the sugar and butter in an electric mixer until light.
Add milk and eggs (one at a time) and mix.
Add 7 drops of lemon essential oil
Add flour mixture and mashed bananas alternately until smooth
Fold in Nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 or 65 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes
Take out of pan.
