Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Poppy seed1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.2 mL Milk, nonfat (skim milk)0.2 mL Water, tap
Directions
Grind the poppy seeds in dry grinder, do not add water. Now add in chopped green bell pepper, 1tsp of cold milk and 1 tsp of water- grind to a paste together. Take out in a bowl and add chopped raw onion. Have it with rice (steamed, panta-overnight fermented rice in cold water with lemon juice, salt and yoghurt) Serving Size: 1-2
