Tomato Sheppard's Pie

16 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked 900 grams Potato, raw (2lbs peeled)2 cup Mixed Vegetables, canned 1 cup Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 cup condensed soup alone 1 small Onions, raw 2 tbsp Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread 0.5 cup Milk, 3.25% Onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Brown beef and season to taste. Add onions and garlic, cook until tender. Add vegetables and tomato soup.
Cook potatoes until tender, add margarine and milk plus seasonings and mash.
Pour the beef mixture in a 8x8 pan and top with potatoes. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
