cauliflower fried rice with turkey

Ingredients
4 cup Birds eye rice cauliflower with herb 12 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 0.3 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 1 large Scrambled Egg 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Brown ground. In large skillet and olive oil garlic carrots and celery saute till softened. Add cauliflower rice and saute until desired softness. Adding ground turkey moving everything to the edges leaving a hole in the middle of the pan add one egg scramble and cook until done combined everything add 1 tablespoon soy sauce plate and enjoy
