Cheaddar Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 cups Fat Free Milk 1 cup cheese3 small red skin potatoes peeledSaltPepperGarlic
Directions
Peel potatoes, dice and add to pot. Add Milk, salt, pepper and garlic.
Cook on very low heat until potatoes are tender.
Add cheese and heat until it melts.
