0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (by WHOLY_FIT_48) .25 cup Oats, Quaker 2 lemon yields Lemon Juice 1 cup organic powdered sugar (by LILBUCK) 1 serving True Nutrition Chocolate Banana Protein (by SCHNOOKIEPIE) 4 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread Lemon zest from lemons used2 slice Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm
Mix half flour, oats, quarter sugar, earth balance together until doughy.
Press into pre coated muffin tin, with oven preheated at 325.
Bake 12 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients together in blender until thoroughly blended.
Pour over muffin bases.
Bake 40 minutes, then pull out and cool in fridge till set.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serving Size: Makes 6 muffin sized bars
