Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Olive Oil2.0 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen4.0 cup Mashed Potatoes24.0 oz ground beef 90% lean
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Dice the potatoes and add to pan. Brown the ground beef with the potatoes and onions. Add a 10 oz. bag of mixed vegetables. Stir in 2 cans of mushroom soup. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Serving Size: Makes about 15 one cup servings
