Smoked sausage hash

4 cups peeled and diced potaotes1 red or green bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 onion, medium, chopped1 (16oz) pkg Hillshire Farm LITE smoked sausage1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil till heated through. Then add potatoes to skillet and brown for 7 minutes. Next add chopped onion and bell pepper and saute for 3 minutes.
Slice entire package of sausage and add to pan. Saute for another 5-7 minutes or until browned and potatoes are cooked through.
