Parmesan crusted green beans

Ingredients
50 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Beat egg and add olive oil and garlic powder. Pour over beans. Add Parmesan and stir to coat. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Can put under broiler for a few minutes to crisp.
