Ingredients
280 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 280 grams Cucumber (with peel) 4 tbsp Light Itallian Dressing -Safeway (by CALGARY_GIRL)
Directions
Chop tomato, onions and cucumber (with peeling to add fiber). Toss with Italian dressing. Remeasure into 1 cup servings to make it easy to grab and go.
