1 Large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1/2 Medium Yellow Onion, raw 7 Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed) (Rinsed in water to remove brine)3 tbsp Mt Olive Simply Relish Delight Style Dill added by Wesr 2 tbsp Real Lime Juice 1 Red Ripe Tomatoes (3" diameter1 Hass avocados 150g1 15" Garlic Leaf 1 Jalapeno Pepper
1. Chop all ingredients into 1/4 inch cubes except for Jalapeno
2. De-seed Jalapeno and chop the pepper finely
3. Mix well all ingredients except Lime Juice and avocado
(Reserve some garlic leaves for garnish).
4. Stir in Lime Juice, let stand for 3 minutes. Repeat stir and let
stand twice more.
5. Fold in avocado
5. Garnish with remaining garlic leaves.
Eat immediately or allow flavors to blend in refrigerator overnight.
Makes an excellent side dish or eat as a light salad.
Serving Size: Makes four 1 Cup servings
