1/4 c. dry Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Hot Cereal, or your favorite old fashioned oatmealapprox 1 T. (about10) raisins 1 T. toasted wheat germ 1/2 medium apple, coarsely chopped1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, whole or coarsely chopped1/2 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries 1/3 c. frozen unsweetened raspberriesapprox 1 T. (about10) raisins 1 or 2 T. Skim Milk1 T Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
1. Mix cereal mix, raisins, wheat germ, frozen cranberries (whole or coarsely chopped) and coarsely chopped apple in a microwave-safe serving bowl.
2. Add approximately 3/4 c. water. Microwave on high for about 3 minutes - cooking times will vary.
3. Add raspberries and blueberries, microwave for 30-60 seconds.
4. Stir in ground flax seed meal and a bit of milk if you like.
