2 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Corn Tortillas 2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 tbsp. taco seasoning1 block Tofu, firm 0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp Sour Cream 8 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Press as much liquid out of the tofu as possible, cut it into small cubes, and fry the tofu in the oil until it is brown on all sides. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Chop lettuce and tomato, warm tortillas. Put a tortilla in the bottom of a bowl (or double the tortillas and prepare as traditional tacos), top with half the tofu, half the cheese, then half the vegetables and two tablespoons of sour cream. Add salsa if you like.
