Caprese salad

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Gia Russa Glaze1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes3.0 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella2.0 tbsp Basil
Directions
Slice 1 medium tomato into 6 slices. Cut 3 slices of fresh mozzarella in half and place them on top of the tomato slices. Sprinkle basil evenly on top of the mozzarella Drizzle basalmic glaze over slices. Enjoy!
