2 cup Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original 1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Beans, red kidney 2 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 5 tsp Chilli Powder (by JONDO4048) 1 tbsp cumin powder (by DUBON00) 0.5 tsp Corriander (by GRAMMYFIT)
Dice vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat in a Dutch oven on stovetop. Add veggie ground round and salt and pepper. Break up into small chunks with spatula. Saute for 2 to 3 additional minutes.
Add canned tomatoes, kidney beans, and spices. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
