"Ice Cream" no fat or sugar

Ingredients
1 Frozen banana Vanilla to tastemilk (calories are for 1/2 cup non-fat)
Directions
Run the frozen banana under hot water until you can slip the skin off , break it up and put it in the food processor (works a bit better than a blender). Add some milk and vanilla and zip it until it is the consistancy you want.
