Spinach-Artichoke Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
4 (4oz) Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1 Tbsp Stonemill Italian Seasonings 1/2 tsp Paprika 2.5 cup (approximately 4 ozs) Little Salad Bar Spinach 4 oz Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese 1/3 less fat than cream cheese 3 oz Reese Artichoke Hearts quartered, marinated, 1oz serving 1/4 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Mozarella Cheese1/8 cup Stella Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1.5 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic
Directions
Season chicken with seasonings, salt, pepper, and paprika. Slice pocket 3/4 way through chicken.
Combine the spinach, cream cheese, artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan and garlic.
Fill pocket evenly with 1-2 Tbsp of mixture. Fry in 1 Tbsp of oil over medium-high heat, until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
