Ingredients
6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.5 large Onions, raw 5 serving Raw Tomato (Medium, whole) 4 pepper Serrano Peppers 3 clove Garlic 4 cup Goya, Pinto beans 0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh 0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 15 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
Directions
Chop everything. Cook celery and onions until translucent. Add turkey and brown. Once browned add tomatoes, garlic, and Serrano peppers. Let cook until tomatoes soften a bit. Add beans (canned), carrots, and cabbage. Season to taste. Let cook until carrots are soft. Serving Size: Makes 6 1-Cup servings
