4.0 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh1.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Scrub beets then place in foil packet and roast at 400 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool and peel beets. Slice and toss in vinegar salt and pepper.
