Curry chicken & apple salad

Ingredients
12.7 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 92 grams Apples, fresh with skin 0 Grams Water, tap 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Curry powder 4 tbsp "Great Value" Mayo, Light (1 tbsp)4 leaf, large Bib Lettuce20 grams Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Directions
Core and chop Apple. Chop chicken, mix with Apple. In separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Mix all and refrigerate. Use lettuce leaves as "wraps". * Salt, pepper, and water, to taste. Serving Size: 4
