I love this recipe. I am now a chicken salad sandwich fan!!! I did add non-fat mayo, as I like the creamy texture. The best of this sandwich is the occasional texture and taste surprise that happens with the apple and grapes. I didn't have the oranges on hand, but will try next time. - 8/15/09

I made this without the chicken to go with dinner tonight. It was excellent! I used navel oranges cut into mandarin sized pieces (husband has some digestive issues with mandarins) and it was very refreshing. Will definitely be making again. And again. And again. Thank you for posting it! - 7/2/08

This was a very yummy salad - had it for lunch. I did not have any oranges so I put sliced cucumbers instead and used Kashi Coco Beach granola for the granola - super yummy. Also, did not have time to cook chicken for it, so I left that out. This will be a salad I will make over and over again! - 6/11/08

I bet this is awesome! It sounds very much like the new one they have at Chik-Fil-A (which I just love!). I can't wait to give this a try, thanks so much :) - 6/5/08

I love that salad at Chick-fil-a and wanted to make it at home, so that's why I created this recipe. :)
