16 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin) 5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 0.5 cup Lentils 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 4 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 1 tbsp Sichuan chili spicy ma la sauce 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cook meat. Dice asparagus, pepper, and onion. Sauté and then add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 25-30 minutes. Serving Size: Makes ten 1 cup servings
