Mabo Tofu

* Ground beef, lean, 4 oz* Tofu, firm, 2 block * Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped* Garlic, 4 cloves* Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp* Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 tbsp* Corn Starch, 1 tbsp
1. Slice the tofu into bite size pieces
2. Chop scallions and onions into bits.
3. Put the sesame oil into a pan on medium high heat and stir fry #2
4. Add ground beef and mix well. add dash of salt
5. Add half of the soy sauce and mix well
6. Add Tofu and mix carefully
7. Add the hot pepper sauce and rest of soy sauce and mix well.
8. Mix corn starch with 1 tbsp of water and pour into the stir fry mix.
