Healthy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1./2 cup skim milk1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp salt1 sliced onion4 large potatoes, sliced thin3 tbsp all purpose flour3 tbsp smart balance light butter spread1/2 cup 2% shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer sliced potatoes, onions and cheese in a casserole dish, sprinkle flour between each layer.

Heat milk and margerine and season with pepper, salt and parsley. Pour sauce over all layers.

Bake covered 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
