Sweet Potato Latkes

Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified 2 tsp Salt 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.25 cup,grated Sweet potato, raw2.25 cup grated Potato, raw
Directions
Beat eggs, set aside.

Mix together all other ingredients. Add eggs and stir.

Drop by 1/4 cup portion onto hot (350 degree) skillet. Fry about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve,
