Ingredients
765 grams Pink Salmon (fish) 4 oz Ground Chicharon (Fried Pork Rinds) (by BIGMUMBO) 1 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL) 1 tbsp Parsely, raw 1 Tablespoon (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME) 2 tbsp Coconut Flour (by MOBAYGIRL) 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 serving Lard (Bacon grease) - 1 Tabl. (Atkins) (by HONOURIA)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Refrigerate .5 hours (for better firmness). Fry in oil until brown and cooked through.
