1 lb chicken breast, cut into 4 servings1 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 cup finely diced red onion2 tbsp lime juice1 avocado, diced2 tbsp olive oil
Mix salt, pepper, and cayenne. Rub on chicken breast. Cook in nonstick skillet w/olive oil until cooked through.
Mix red onion, lime juice and avocado. Serve over chicken.
