Drain canned chicken well. Bake on sheet to dry at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Remove and increase heat to 500. Mix together chicken cheese and egg. Bake

I add salt, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder... but it is great because I always have the ingredients on hand. Sometimes after it is cooked I top it with sauce (white sauce made with cream and a little keto flour (flax seed and psyllium) or plain tomato sauce. Then top with veg and cheese - 3/7/19
