Easy Weeknight Chicken Thigh Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless/Skinless Chicken thighs1 package Bird's Eye Pepper Stir Fry (1lb)1 package Bird's Eye Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower Florets, and Carrots (1lb)1 jar Campbell's Fat Free Turkey Gravy (12oz)1 cup Ken's Steak House Honey Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
Directions
Cut the chicken thighs into strips. Spray a large 11" skillet or wok with cooking spray. Lightly brown the chicken pieces on a burner using med-high to high heat. When the pieces are nearly cooked, add the two bags of Bird's Eye vegetables. Stir the mixture until the vegetables are heated through. Then, add the jar of gravy and the marinade sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over your favorite rice and enjoy! Makes four hearty 1.5 cup servings.
