Buckwheat pancake(Ploys)

2 cup Arrowhead Organic Buckwheat Flour (by VLBARC) 1 cup Corn Flour, masa, dry (by UFURUFU) 6 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Cook on a hot griddle (appx 400*) until cooked. Usually 3-4 minutes.
Do not turn during the cooking process.. You can tell when there done by the color going from a musterd- green to mosey green-gray. The top will look like it had hundreds of bubbles open up on it. The batter should be a thin consistancy, like med cream.
