Spinach-Cheese Pie, Lite

10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed6 oz feta cheese, crumbled1 cup low fat small-curd cottage cheese1 small onion, chopped2 Tbsp snipped parsley2 tsp dried dillweed1/2 tsp salt3 eggs, beaten1/4 C smart balance (light), melted1/2 pkg filo dough, 8oz (approx. 20 sheets)
Drain spinach. Add feta cheese, cottage cheese, onion, parsley, dillweed and salt; mix. Stir in beaten eggs.
Brush bottoms and sides of baking dish (12x7x2) with melted smart balance. Unfold filo sheets. Remove half, cover for later. Gently place single sheet in baking dish. Brush lightly w/ melted smart balance. Repeat 8-12 times. Spread spinach-egg mixture evenly over filo. Layer 10-12 more filo leaves over filling, brushing each with smart balance. Score top filo layer into 8. Bake uncovered until golden, about 35min. Let stand 10 min.
