Cheesey Crackers Vegan

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 cup oat flour3 Tbsp nutritional yeast.75 tsp salt.5 tsp onion powder.5 cup canola oil.5 cup cold water
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
In seperate bowl, whisk oil and water. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Divide dough. Cover with large peice of wax paper and roll out on large cookie sheet. Cut into squares and prick with fork. Repeat with second half of dough.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
Yeilds two large cookie sheest.
