0.25 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 2 serving Lemon Water (2.5c water & 1tsp Lemon juice) 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Cumin seed 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
1. Place all ingredients in a ziplock bag. Seal the bag and shake up evenly.
2. Place the bag in the freezer until ready to use.
3. When ready, move the bag from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours ahead of time so the chicken can thaw.
4. Remove the chicken from the bag and cook on the stove about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
