No Bake Strawberry Cheese Cake

12 Honey grahams (lowfat), finely crushed1 c. plus 2 tbs. Sugar, divided4 pkg (8 oz each) fat free cream cheese1 tub(8oz) light cool whip topping, thawed6 tbs. light margarine1/2c strawberry preserves2c fresh strawberries
Makes 16 servings one piece each.
Mix gram crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Beat Cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar, in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Add strawberry preserves, mix well.
Place Strawberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a small bowl and mash with fork. Stir in strawberry mixture and cool whip into cream cheese mix.
Spoon over crust, cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
