Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix Water-One CupBell Peppers (1/4 cup)red (purple) onion 1/4 cup choppedSalsa, 1 cup Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original, 2 cups Ground Flaxseed (mine), 3 tbsp (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 3/4 cup shreddedOld Elpaso Refried Beans (One Can)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Sautee onion and pepper with olive oil just until they begin to soften.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
