Shrimp & Andouille Gumbo - No rice in recipe

Ingredients
2 serving Aidells Cajun Style Andouille Smoked Pork Sausage 1 link 12 oz Shrimp, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.5 cup slices Okra 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 0.15 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
Cut sausage in bite size pieces. Brown in small amount of olive or peanut oil. Remove and set aside. Saute the trinity & okra in small amount of oil and remove, set aside. Make dark rue with butter & flour. Add chicken stock, add back veggies, cajun spices, to taste & 2 bay leaves . Simmer and adjust seasonings. When thickness is good, add in shelled shrimp. Cook until just pink, add in sausage, simmer until heated. Serve alone or with rice.
