1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
preheat oven to 425 slice jalapenos and cook in oven for 10 minutes to dry them out a little. Then on baking sheet put 1 TBS of shredded cheese with one sliced jalapeno right on top in the middle... Cook for 7 minutes..let cool...enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 24 chips, 4 chips in 1 serving!
