2. 1 oz of papaya
3. 1/4 c of mango
4. 3 tsp of Quaker Control Oatmeal
5. 1/2 Essential Milk
6. 3/4 c of frozen fruit mix
**Sweeten to your liking.
Directions
Put it all in blender and mix!!!!
